Benjamin Hoff
A Los Angeles based composer and orchestrator, Benjamin Hoff, recently won a College Television Award for Music Composition for his work on the student film PARCHMENT WINGS. Benjamin currently works with the orchestrator Ed Trybek and with Sparks & Shadows, the studio of legendary composer, Bear McCreary. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Denver, Colorado, Benjamin has been playing music for almost 20 years and is especially adept at the guitar and bari sax.
Benjamin received his bachelor's of music from Brigham Young University - Hawaii and his master's of fine arts in film scoring from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts. He now teaches online courses as an adjunct professor at Southern Utah University's Master of Music Technology program.
